The newly sworn-in Kabale District LCV Chairperson, Denis Ndyomugyenyi, has called for stronger cooperation between political leaders and technical staff, saying the election period is over and the focus should now shift to service delivery.
Addressing members of the District Executive Committee (DEC), District Speaker Flavia Nyinakiiza Kanagizi, and heads of departments during a joint DEC–Top Management Meeting at Rukiiko Hall, Ndyomugyenyi emphasized teamwork, inclusiveness, and equitable service delivery.
He pledged to provide political guidance and strengthen oversight through continuous monitoring of government programmes and development projects, noting that his administration will prioritize improved service delivery across Kabale District.
Kabale Chief Administrative Officer Robert Mugabe briefed the new leadership on the structure and operations of district departments, stressing that political leaders handle policy and oversight while technical staff implement government programmes and council resolutions.
