Residents of Ibanda Municipality have been urged to remain patient as road grading and widening efforts continue to enhance the area’s infrastructure.
The ongoing roadworks, aimed at improving accessibility and overall development, have sparked concerns among some residents regarding the impact on their properties and daily activities.
Speaking to Crooze FM, Ibanda Municipality Town Clerk Hajji Authman Ssebaduka acknowledged the inconveniences caused by the construction but emphasized that such disruptions are a necessary part of development.
He assured the public that the municipality is working closely with key service providers, including National Water and Sewerage Corporation and UMEME, to ensure that essential services are integrated into the road work.
