According to Godfrey Tumwebaze, the incident happened on Monday morning when the suspect allegedly detonated a grenade near his home in an attempt to harm his wife during a domestic altercation.
Tumwebaze said the woman managed to escape with their two-year-old child, and both survived the attack unharmed, while the suspect fled shortly after the explosion.
