Kasese District Local Government has received and distributed 200 computers from the Ministry of ICT and National Guidance to schools, health facilities and community institutions.
The computers were secured through the efforts of Kasese Woman MP Sarah Ithungu Masereka Baleke and Busongora South MP David Isimbwa Mulindwa.
District leaders said the donation will improve access to technology and strengthen digital inclusion across the district, benefiting institutions including schools, hospitals, religious organizations and SACCOs.
