Government has eased more COVID-19 restrictions; mass gatherings for prayers, political rallies, meetings, weddings shall now have 200 people, and cinema halls,gyms are to re-open on 14th November 2020 while discos and bars remain closed.
Following the pronouncement by the Health Minister Dr. Jane Ruth Aceng, authorities have cautioned businessmen and the general public to observe Standard Operating Procedures-SOPs in the fight against poverty.
Meanwhile, the public relations manager COUNTRY CINEMA Mbarara,Joy Mpumwire has said they are really excited to reopen and they will ensure the health and safety of customers.
Mpumwire says they will ensure temperature is checked, wearing masks and ensure that there will be social distancing with a 50 % capacity.
