UPDF roadblocks mounted in Mbarara ahead of Bobi Wine’s visit
Uganda People’s Defence Force – UPDF and other security forces have mounted roadblocks at the entry and exit points of Mbarara city western Uganda and you must identify yourself,where you are coming from,where you are heading.

Presidential Candidate Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu Bobi Wine of the National Unity Platform-NUP is expected in Mbarara tomorrow, to launch 2021-26 manifesto and officially open Mbarara city NUP offices.
NUP yesterday announced that due to the death of Sheikh Anas Kalisa,who will be buried today Friday in Nyakahita Ruhaama Ntungamo, the launch of NUP manifesto in Kakoba Mbarara city was postponed from today until tomorrow, Saturday 7th November 2020.
On the tension ahead of Bobi Wine’s visit, Mbarara RDC Lt. Col. James Mwesigye yesterday afternoon declined to comment, saying Bobi Wine’s visit to Mbarara is still a rumour to him and security.
