Three arrested over the death of their father 

Three people have been arrested by police in Rukungiri district over
the death of their biological father.
The trio was arrested yesterday July 14,2020 following the death of Charles Mugisha who
was found dead in his bed today morning In Rugasha cell.

The suspects
are have been identified as Paul Turyamushanga, Pretty Kyarikunda, and Andrew Nahwera all
residents of Rugasha cell, Kahoko parish, Nyakishenyi sub county in
Rukungiri district.
They are said to have had a hand in the death of their father who
reportedly made an alarm at night prompting them to move out until
yesterday when they reported to police that he was found dead.
The Kigezi Region Police Spokesperson Elly Maate confirmed the arrest
of the trio and they are currently detained at Rukungiri Central
Police Station.

Maate said that the body of the deceased was taken to
Kisizi Hospital for postmortem as inquiries into the matter to
ascertain the motive of the murder continue.
