President Museveni starts western Uganda campaigns tomorrow

Some cadres and leaders including those from the ruling National Resistance Movement-NRM have attacked organizers for not inviting them to tomorrow’s meeting with President Museveni at Kakyeka play ground Mbarara city.
Museveni starts his campaign in western Uganda tomorrow, after Mbarara he’ll head to Kigezi.
The NRM spokesperson Rogers Mulindwa says Museveni will spend about 3 days in Mbarara and the party is following Standard Operating Procedures-SOPs in the fight against COVID-19.
‘‘We meet 200 or less people and sometimes we test, find 5 or 6 people positive and we incur expenses to take them to the hospital,’’ he added.
Meanwhile, the NRM Secretary General-SG Justine Kasule Lumumba
has tested positive for coronavirus after one week of self-isolation.
The NRM flag bearer for MP Mbarara north division and one of the chief organizers, Robert Mwesigwa Rukaari has explained that SOPs require not more than 200 attendees and advised them to follow the events on TVs, Radios, and other Media.
