Ntungamo witch doctor commits suicide after murdering his 3rd wife and 2 children
Residents of Ryarushengye village Kitashekwa parish Rwekiniro sub county Ruhaama county Ntungamo District are in shock and fear after discovering 4 bodies of wife, 2 children in a pool of blood and man hanged himself in their house today morning Saturday May 16,2020.
A 55-year-old witch doctor Kanyarutookye Eldard is said to have murdered his wife, whom he suspected of having children with another man and denying him conjugal rights.
The man allegedly used a panga, axe and hoe handle to beat and cut these victims; his third wife Christine Tibekinga,45, and 3 children Behanga Joseph, John who died instantly and the third child Magoba Viola was rushed to Rubaare Referral Hospital in critical condition.
He chopped his wife Tibekinga and other two boys into pieces and left the flesh in the living room and hanged himself.
The couple had lived together for over ten years and had three children; two boys and one girl.
According to the deceased’s other woman Komwaani Topista 67, the two had been quarreling over the biological father of the children and land ownership.
