Museveni silences Chief Justice on under-staffing
The President of Uganda Yoweri Kaguta Museveni advises the Judiciary to priotize the few Judges they have and equip them with the resources available rather than insist on increasing numbers.
Museveni says his focus is geared on working according to the needs of the Society, not the notion of the one who is near the pot should be served first.
He noted that much as the renumreration of Scientists and Judges is most needed but, they too should embrace him for the peace, roads, electricity, he has been able to achieve for this country, and also support him on the remaining obligations like improving the railway system, irrigation, Education, health and Security equipment.
This as he was launching the four key reforms/innovations the Judiciary is going to implement this year for the effective administration of justice.
