Minister Rukutana released on bail, declared leading in Rushenyi NRM primaries

State Minister for labour and industrial development, Mwesigwa Rukutana is out of Kitalya prison in Wakiso district on shs 4 million cash bail granted to him by Ntungamo chief magistrates court.
His three sureties have also signed UGX 50 million non-cash agreement each.
He has also been declared leading in Rushenyi county NRM flag-bearer race ahead of Naomi Kabasharira after tallying results from over 12 polling stations.
The NRM electoral commission chairman Dr Tanga Odoi says he will announce final results after two days from now.
Rukutana, has however, been barred from stepping in Ntungamo.
He will return to court on Nomvember 3, 2020.
