Mbarara police arrests students of Global High school
Mbarara Police has in custody four students of Global High school in Mbarara town and hunting for another over forgery of bank slips and theft.
Rashid Mutebi, Brenda Kyogabirwe and Collins Muhumuza, all 18 of age, together with another whose identity we can not disclose since he is a minor, were arrested on Friday after the head teacher complained that the students paid less money in the bank compared to the amount that appeared on their bank slips.
On the interrogation, they said that they were convinced by their friend Timothy Ayebazibwe who is still on run, that this will help them save some money to use at school.
The OC-CID Mbarara Taban Chiriga confirmed the arrest and said that they will be charged with Forgery when investigations are complete.
