Jobless Youths Vow to Uproot the ‘Mustard Seed’
Youths under their umbrella body the Jobless Brotherhood have Wednesday launched a book titled ‘Unsowing the Mustard Seed’ which seeks to among others ‘reveal that president Museveni published falsehoods in his book ‘Sowing the Mustard seed.’’
“In this book, we have detailed the untruths told and how President Museveni’s comrades lost their lives in the liberation struggle and only he emerged the hero,” remarked Norman Tumuhimbise the Jobless Brotherhood coordinator while speaking to journalists at City House in Kampala.
Tumuhimbise noted that the book seeks to answer questions as to whether the mustard seed yielded fruits according to the expectations of all who risked their lives in the bush to water it.
Exiled Col. Samson Mande stated in his forward message, “As a concerned Ugandan citizen, with patriotic blood rushing through my veins, I found it ethical for me to join the struggle of NRA which I believed would bring about good governance through the NRA Ten-Point-Program.”
He observed that the group has now embarked on a campaign to mobilize all youths and students in the country with the message of shunning the 2016 general elections in case the electoral reforms are not put in place.
Makerere University Guild president and head of the Students Brotherhood, David Bala emphasized that the campaign has already started in schools urging all students to stand up and get out of their confortable zones so as to determine the destiny of their country.
