Do you make New Year’s resolutions? Well I do and keeping my body healthy and fit is always on top of my list every year.
This is how I am going about it this year.
Physical activity isn’t just for weight-loss, it also improves the function of every organ in your body. Thirty minutes of vigorous exercise each day strengthens the circulatory system, facilitating more efficient transport of oxygen and nutrients to cells as well as the movement of toxic materials out of the body through the sweat glands and bowels. I like jogging. I do a 45 minute jog everyday around my neighborhood.

Water Water and more Water!
Water helps to flush out toxins from the body. Keeping your body hydrated also increases energy levels, helps in keeping your skin healthy and improves your overall health. I usually take at least 5 glasses a day. If you don’t like plain water, spice it up with fruit like lemon or oranges.
Enough rest and sleep
Sleep plays an important role in your health and well being throughout your life. Getting enough good quality sleep has many benefits, including protecting your physical and mental health and quality of life.
I am usually in bed by 10 pm and I make sure the TV and Laptop are off.
