Headex Rwamutwe Murder Case Further Postponed due to Lack of Time, Says Court
Justice Annah Bitature who has been handling a criminal session in greater Bushenyi has postponed the John Rwamutwe Headex murder case because of lack of time.
John Rwamutwe Headex was allegedly murdered on 3rd May 2017 by his employee Alvin Kamusiime aka Jakoda and his body was discovered in Kagongo Ibanda district inside his car.
Kamusiime later appeared before Moses Angualia Gabriel the then Bushenyi chief magistrate, pleaded guilty to the offence and was remanded to Nyamushekyera Government prison up to 3rd July 2017.
The suspect went under plea bargaining and agreed to 10 years but relatives and court were shocked when he changed his plea while reappearing before high court led by Dr. Flavian Zeija on 08th Jan. 2019.
The case was adjourned to any convenient date for further hearing and it has been postponed again because of lack of time, according to court.
