Government committed to support its citizens through various enterprises to avert poverty.
The Ntungamo district chairperson Dennis Singahache has said government is committed to support its citizens through various enterprises in abid to avert poverty levels in every household across the country.
Singahache noted that government is creating possible poverty alleviation avenues for Ugandans such as Youth livelihood, Uwep and Free and Rich Uganda appealing to every citizen to take advantage of them.
He was speaking today June 12, 2019 while officiating at the closure of three day training by Free and Rich Uganda social economic empowerment project at Kibatsi archdeaconry church of Uganda which attracted farmers from Kibatsi Sub County and Rwamabondo Town council in Kajara county Ntungamo District.
Singahache attributed poverty levels at substance farming saying that 68% of Ugandans are still using primitive way of farming instead of commercial farming.
He asked participants to be patriotic and commended the Free and Rich Uganda for job creation that will enable government to reduce unemployment challenges.
The free and rich Uganda director Rogers Aijuka challenged communities to always make study tour in order share ideas and experience for mindset change.
