FDC presidential flag-bearer candidate Wasswa Birigwa pulls out,endorses Patrick Amuriat
The Forum for Democratic Change-FDC party presidential flag-bearer candidate Wasswa Birigwa has pulled of the race and endorsed his fellow candidate Patrick Amuriat Oboi who has been declared FDC party presidential flag-bearer for the 2021 General Election.
The two aspirants have been jointly traversing parts of the country and meeting delegates in joint campaigns to solicit for votes.
This pronouncement was made today at the party headquarters in Najjanankumbi Wakiso as the candidates faced the national council members as a climax for their campaigns.
The council comprises district chairpersons, MPs, mayors, LC5 chairpersons, youth and women leagues, eminent persons and elders.
