Police confiscate FDC manifestos
Police today raided a printery in Kampala where the opposition FDC party was printing its manifestos.
FDC Deputy Electoral Commission chairman, Michael Kabaziguruka confirmed that detectives stormed MPK Graphics along Nasser Road where all copies of the manifesto were and confiscated them.
Highly placed sources say FDC intended to distribute copies of the manifesto today evening before and during the presidential debate at Kampala Serena Hotel.
The soft copies of the manifesto were released early this week.
Police spokesperson Fred Enanga and Kampala Metropolitan Police publicist, Patrick Onyango denied knowledge about this development.
