The Minister of State for Children and Youth Affairs Ronald Kibuule has cautioned parents to be on the alert for a new class of criminals who kidnap children and demand high ransom to release them.

training at Namasumbi Secondary School, sponsored by the Ministry of Education and the Uganda Communication Commission (UCC).

fitted at Mulago Hospital where he said, cases have been reported of babies being stolen and taken to unknown destinations.
