Mbarara RDC to fight Kiboko squad in absentia
The Mbarara resident commissioner Nickson Kabuye has vowed to arrest any political groups that have trained and prepared to mistreat their opponents in elections.
While speaking at the launch of the distribution of the national identity cards yesterday at Booma grounds in Mbarara municipality, Kabuye also warned those masquerading as state house officials mobilizing for the president’s votes with not to think the will use the opportunity to mistreat residents as they will be dealt with.
However, Kabuye will not live to see his dream come true as he is among 52 RDC’s who have been transferred and will soon be set to build a new dream in Kiboga.
Kabuye has in the recent past been rumored to be in support of the former premier Amama Mbabazi’s presidential bid. Although we could not independently verify the claim, his transfer is not a surprise.
